Three numbers make every price. Your file is sliced on our servers, so grams and minutes are exact, not guessed.
price = start fee + quantity × (grams × rate per gram + minutes × 30 kr ÷ 60), worked out ex VAT and rounded up to whole kronor, then 25% VAT on top. The figures above include VAT.

Recurring series use the same part prices, plus two fees.
How production works- Setup fee, once per production client, ex VAT1,500 kr

How long is a quote valid?
24 hours. Order within that time and the price is locked.
When do I pay?
You pay in Kustom Checkout when you order. The money is only taken when your parts ship.
How fast is delivery?
We print around the clock and ship in 2 to 4 working days. Shipping is shown at checkout.
Can businesses pay by invoice?
Business accounts with monthly invoice are coming. Until then every order is paid in Kustom Checkout.
What are the rules exactly?
- Prices are ex VAT. VAT is 25 percent on top.
- The start fee is charged once per quote, not per unit.
- Machine time is charged per started minute.
- The ex VAT total is rounded up to whole kronor.
- Grams and minutes come from slicing your file on our server with the same profiles the printers use.
- A quote is valid for 24 hours.
